Adaptive Schools

Adaptive Schools helps groups to develop the tools necessary for tough conversations. If you have ever met as a team and people left saying nothing was accomplished, then Adaptive Schools is for you. If you have ever had a meeting, made a decision and thought you had everyone on the same page, only to find out in the parking lot that some people were on the totally opposite side of the question, then Adaptive Schools is for you. Adaptive Schools is about facilitating groups and helping to develop those groups with which you work to their highest capacity.  

In Adaptive Schools, participants will learn:

• two different ways of talking in groups 

• why we need to be "adaptive"

• meeting norms that work 

• how to deal with conflict in a community 

• the skills of an excellent facilitator 

• how to be a presenter that is credible 

• the tools of an engaged and valuable group member
